My Favorite Christian Books

I like to read it is so nice to go to a quiet place and read, especially for me to read the word of God. I would say my favorite book of all time is “King James Version of the Holy Bible”. There are lots of other versions: but, I grew up with the King James Version, so I mostly stick with it. I have it downloaded on my iPhone, kindle and iPad.There’s an app that’s called “You Version” that I also have on all my devises. There are study plans on there that I do every day, it really seems to help me.

There are many study guides and books to help one to understand the Bible. Some of my favorites are the “B series” by Warren W Wiersbe. They are good books for whatever book of the Bible you are studying at that particular time. There’s also a “Wiersbe Bible Study” that covers the entire Bible. For someone who uses a concordance along with their study Bible “Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible” is a good resource in my opinion.I have “The old time gospel hour edition”. It contains the important words and people of the holy Bible with thousands of references. It also contains a Dictionary of the Hebrew Bible and the Greek Testament.

I would also recommend a good Bible commentary and a good Bible dictionary I use the “Wycliff Bible Commentary” and “Nelson’s illustrated dictionary” this is the only Bible dictionary I have ever used.

I recently read “The Beginners guide to the Bible prophecy” by Tom Hoffman, it was an eye opener for anyone interested in prophecy.

I also like Christian fiction books there are a lot of good authors out there I mostly read Amish books or Old West books two of my favorite authors are Beverly Lewis or the Amish books and Janette Oak for the old west books.
